Classes and Hours
Fox Valley School of Massage offers the massage therapy training program three times each year.
Hot Stone massage
September Classes
A part-time evening program on Monday and Wednesday evenings 5:30 – 9:55 p.m. and approximately 12 weekends with graduation at the end of June. **
A part-time day program offered on Mondays from 12:00 p.m.– 8:55 p.m. and 12 weekends with graduation at the end of June. **
February Class
A part-time day program is offered on Tuesdays 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and 14 weekends with graduation at the end of January. Class will not be in session from the end of June until the beginning of September. **
**The Student Clinic
Each student is also required to participate in the Student Clinic. These hours are in addition to the above scheduled times. The student clinic is usually open on Tuesday & Thursday evenings.
Course of Study and Hours of Instruction
The school provides training in massage therapy and related modalities, which include, but not limited to, the following courses:
  • Anatomy & Physiology 65 hours
  • Kinesiology 60 hours
  • Pathology 44 hours
  • Business, Marketing & Wisconsin State Laws 42 hours
  • Ethics 8 hours
  • Theory and Practice of Massage & Student Internship 320 hours
  • Additional Courses / Modalities Related to Massage & Health 105 hours
  • CPR / First Aid 5 hours
  • Total: 652 hours
