Tuition

Fox Valley School of Massage Offers Several Payment Options Including Interest Free Payment Plans. Our Goal: Students graduate Debt Free. Excellent Education / Affordable Tuition.
We do not charge extra for using a payment plan or for using a credit card to make payments.
Tuition: $6700.00.   Deposit Required to hold a spot in class: $500.00.
Students need to purchase their own sheets, towels, and pillows. Twin size sheet sets work best. Sheets can also be sewn using 45 to 52 inch wide fabric and 2 ½ yards for each sheet. **Students are required to have 4 sets of solid colored sheets for school.
Tuition Deposit
A $500.00 deposit is required after receiving your acceptance letter. Students have until two weeks before the start of class to submit the deposit. Your tuition deposit will reserve a space in the class you have applied for providing all admission requirements have been full-filled. Registration is a first come first serve basis.
Every student is required to pay the initial tuition deposit in advance. The remaining balance is due the first day of class, or according to the following payment plans. All payments should be made payable to: Fox Valley School of Massage.
Students have the option to pick one of the installment plans outlined below or talk to us in person to set up a customized plan. These plans allow each student to pay their tuition in installments, after paying the initial deposit. Each class will have a different installment plan due to the length of the program. All payment plans are interest free. The following are examples of what your payment plan will look like:
Option A
  • Tuition Deposit $500.00
  • Tuition Balance $6200.00
Total: $6,700
Note: Complete payment is required on or before the first day of class.
Option B
  • Tuition Deposit $500.00
  • Tuition Payment the First day of class: $750.00
  • Tuition Balance (paid in 3 installments) $5,450.00
Total Fees $6,700
Note: Your 1st payment of $750.00 will be due on the first day of class and the remaining balance due will be broken down into 3 additional payments due every other month on the 1st day of the month.
Option C
  • Tuition Deposit $500.00
  • Tuition Payment the First day of class: $750.00
  • Tuition Balance (paid in 4 installments) $5,450.00
Total Fees $6,700
Note: Your 1st installment payment will be $750.00 due on the first day of class and the remaining balance due will be broken down into 4 payments due on the 1st of each month starting with the month following the start of class.
Refund Policy
The interview fee of $50 is not included as part of the tuition costs. This fee is non-refundable. The tuition deposit of $500 is part of the tuition and is refundable according the policy stated here.
  • Cancellation (in writing) within three business days from the day of enrollment allows a 100% refund of any tuition paid.
  • If a student cancels their enrollment (in writing) prior to the start of classes and more than 3 days after enrollment, then the owner of the school must be notified immediately. The student will then be entitled to a refund of all money paid, minus a withdrawal fee of $250.
  • If a student withdraws from enrollment after the first week of classes and notifies the owner of the school (in writing), they will receive a partial refund after being charged for each hour attended plus a $100 withdrawal fee.
  • If a student withdraws or is dismissed by the school after the beginning of the second week of classes, but prior to completion of 75% of the course of instruction, the charge will be for each hour attended plus a $100 withdrawal fee.
  • If a student withdraws after 75% of the completion of the course, no refunds will be granted and any remaining outstanding tuition will be due.
  • The school will make refunds due to withdrawal or dismissal within 30 calendar days after the school dismisses the student or receives notification of withdrawal. Withdrawals must be submitted to the school in writing. Verbal withdrawals will not be honored as a withdrawal.
  • The following applies to Veterans only. The refund policy for veterans is in accordance with the requirements of 38 CFR 21.4255.
Re-admission
A student who withdraws may reapply within 3 months of the end of the course he/she was enrolled in. A $50 re-entry fee is required. The student will receive full credit for withdrawal fees taken from the previous enrollment. Additional class hours and fees will be charged at the current tuition rate upon re-entry.
A student who is dismissed for poor attendance or unsatisfactory grade must re-apply and may be re-admitted based on an interview. A $50 re-entry fee is required. The student will be given credit for successfully completed hours. However, additional class hours and fees will be charged at the current tuition rate upon re-entry.
A student dismissed for unsatisfactory conduct would not be considered for re-admission.
All payments must be paid on or before the scheduled due dates. A $25 fee is charged for each late payment and/or returned checks. Students cannot take the final exam or graduate if the tuition is not paid.

Interest Free Payment Plans offered at Fox Valley School of Massage
Students arrange their own tuition funding and with our payment plans students pay no extra finance charges. The school offers payment plans with no interest to each student. Payment plans are individualized on a student-by-student basis as needed.
